I. What Should I Know Before I Book?

The customer acknowledges, prior to booking, being aware of all the information outlined below and the terms of these general conditions. The customer also recognizes having the capacity to enter into this contract.

II. Subject

This contract is a distance contract that defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding travel bookings (lodging or programs) for stays and/or circuits, transport, and other services offered online by the travel agency Morocco Amazing Destination for clients. Bookings are made through a secure payment system in collaboration with Maroc Telecommerce and IMC to secure payment methods and client information.

III. Definitions

Throughout this contract, the following terms have these meanings:

  • Distance contract: The firm booking and remote deposit payment by the client in favor of Morocco Amazing Destination, exclusively using the internet and secure online payment systems as governed by Moroccan law, up to and including the conclusion of the contract (arrival and stay of the client).
  • Client: Any natural person acting for purposes outside their professional activity.
  • Order form: A document indicating the characteristics of the services reserved by the client, which must be signed by a “double click” to confirm commitment and deposit payment.
  • Order or reservation: The act by which the client commits to purchase the stay, circuit, and/or transport, and Morocco Amazing Destination commits to provide the booked services.
  • Product: The service offered by Morocco Amazing Destination.
  • Double click: The client’s confirmation of the order form’s validity. The order form is only considered valid after the client clicks “confirm your booking by clicking on validate”.

IV. Order Performance

The service will be provided on the client’s arrival day as indicated by the confirmed booking on the Morocco Amazing Destination website.

V. Price

Prices listed in the electronic catalog of Morocco Amazing Destination are in Euros, inclusive of all taxes. The invoiced prices are those in effect at the time of booking and include applicable VAT and any other official taxes or bank fees related to the transaction.

VI. Payment Method

The client guarantees to Morocco Amazing Destination that they have the necessary authorization to use their chosen payment method when validating the order form. The client selects a payment method from those offered by Morocco Amazing Destination (e.g., credit cards). Payment information is transmitted securely, particularly through encryption (secured payment service provided by Maroc Telecommerce, authorized by Morocco Amazing Destination). In case of card payment, the respective provisions regarding fraudulent use apply as per agreements between the consumer and their card issuer, and between Morocco Amazing Destination and its bank.

VII. Deposit and Balance Payment

The client pays a deposit (10% of the total stay, non-refundable) via the secure payment system on www.moroccoamazingdestination.com. The electronic receipt displayed after booking validation serves as proof until the transaction is completed and credited to Morocco Amazing Destination’s bank account. The booking confirmation will indicate the remaining balance to be paid on-site at the accommodation.

Payment Procedure

Our payment procedure is simple and hassle-free. To confirm your reservation, we kindly ask for a small deposit. This deposit can be easily paid via PayPal, bank transfer, or Wise when you make your booking. The outstanding balance is due in cash on the first day of your tour directly to our knowledgeable driver/guide. You have the flexibility to pay in euros, US dollars, or an equivalent sum in dirhams.

VIII. Modification, Cancellation

If the client cancels the booking, the deposit is not refundable.

IX. Booking Modification by Morocco Amazing Destination

If Morocco Amazing Destination must modify the initial booking, it will offer the client an upgrade at no additional cost, without increasing the initially invoiced price.

X. Nominative Information

Information requested from the client during booking is necessary for processing the order and is transmitted securely. The client has the right to access and rectify their data.

XI. Electronic Signature

The “click” associated with booking, payment, and non-repudiation procedures, as well as all related messages, constitutes an electronic signature. This signature has the same value as a handwritten signature and implies the client’s agreement with the general booking and stay or circuit conditions.

XII. Preservation and Storage of Transactions

Booking orders, receipts, and invoices are stored on reliable media to ensure faithful and durable copies, in accordance with standards for data processing systems to ensure preservation and integrity.

XIII. Dispute Settlement

In case of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before any legal action. This contract is subject to Moroccan law. Any dispute will be subject to the authorized court of Marrakech.

XIV. Force Majeure

Morocco Amazing Destination is not required to fulfill its obligations in the event of force majeure that prevents the execution of its duties.
